Cupping:
Cupping is when suction is used to promote circulation to address certain conditions. There are cups that are used with a pump to pull out the air, and cups that fire is used to create the suction. Cupping is used to treat pain, promote movement of blood and qi, and can support the lungs and help relieve common cold symptoms.
